Fireside Project’s Psychedelic Peer Support Line offers free, confidential peer support by phone and text message to people in the midst of psychedelic experiences, people holding space for others who are in the midst of psychedelic experiences, and people integrating past psychedelic experiences.
Unity Center is a 24-hour behavioral and mental health services center in Portland that provides immediate psychiatric care and a path to stabilization and recovery for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
The Multnomah County Crisis line is staffed 24/7 and provides support to anyone in distress. They can also dispatch Project Respond, a mobile crisis unit, to those that require in-person support and cannot make it to a walk-in crisis center.
988 is the new national suicide and crisis hotline, available anywhere in the US 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
